About the Institute
The ASRI Institute.
A home for the practice of inner mastery.
We spend much of our lives learning how to succeed in the world around us. But few of us are taught how to understand our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and the patterns that shape our lives.
ASRI exists to change that.
We bring together practical tools, transformative experiences, and an ongoing community to help people understand themselves, move beyond limiting patterns, and live with greater freedom, purpose, and intention.
Our mission
To help people discover who they truly are, free themselves from limiting conditioning, and create a life from that place.
Our vision
A world where everyone has access to the knowledge, practices, and support to understand themselves and more fully realize their potential.
Our values
- Presence
- Practice
- Curiosity
- Integrity
- Contribution
- Community
- Embodied Leadership

From insight to practice
Understanding yourself is the beginning. Living differently is the work.
At ASRI, transformation isn’t something you simply read about or discuss. It’s something you practice.
We combine neuroscience-informed learning, subconscious transformation, somatic tools, Kundalini yoga, and meditation with ongoing guidance and community. The goal is to help you recognize what holds you back, develop new ways of responding, and bring what you learn into everyday life.
That’s what makes ASRI different from a single workshop, a meditation class, or a traditional coaching program. It offers a way to keep practicing, integrating, and growing.
Our practices support exploration and growth. They are educational, not clinical treatment.
The Embodiment Method™
Four capacities. One lived practice.
Developed and honed over years of facilitation, The Embodiment Method™ brings awareness, subconscious exploration, meditation, movement and somatic practice into one approach. The aim is to bring what we understand into how we live.
- 01
Awareness
Recognize the beliefs, conditioning and protective patterns that shape your experience. Create room to notice before responding.
- 02
Regulation
Practices designed to support regulation through breath, attention and movement. Explore steadiness and choice without forcing a particular feeling.
- 03
Transformation
Explore subconscious patterns and rehearse different responses. Make space for a new relationship with yourself, others and possibility.
- 04
Embodiment
Return to the work in daily life. Integrate insight into decisions, relationships and leadership through sustained practice.
These are teaching capacities within the Method, not a clinical model or scientifically validated taxonomy. They overlap and develop together through practice.
